And, well, there&#8217;s no excuse for that. But I&#8217;m going to try and get back into writing here. While I have been posting on the Instagram page <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/typeonecyclist\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">@typeonecyclist<\/a> (ah go on&#8230; While you&#8217;re there, click the Follow button!) I have obviously been doing very little elsewhere on social media.<\/p>\n<p>But I have things to write about, including what I alluded to in the title for this post. There have been some ups and downs! Wait, that&#8217;s also a pun and a hint.
